We provides individual services to people who rent out property and need someone to help with maintenance and repairs. Our tailor made package is customed around what our clients requireand desire.
For example;One of our clients rents out his property to students. He wants someone whom the students can call themselves, at any time, to help them with any problems that may occur. This way, he is not interupted during the evening or night. We then inform him of any damage or maintenance that was needed at a sensible hour.
Another client rents out his home while he is abroad working. We call and do any maintenance to the property if required, and keep an eye on things for him.
